**THE POSITION**:

- Lead and support a team of Unit and Chef Managers across multiple sites.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of catering, cleaning, and laundry services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver outstanding service.
- Drive compliance with food safety, infection control, and WHS standards.
- Deliver on financial targets and identify opportunities for growth.
- Champion a culture of leadership, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a key conduit between operational teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Regular travel will be required to connect with sites, teams, and clients directly.

**THE PERSON**:

- Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles.
- A strong background in hospitality operations - particularly catering, cleaning or laundry services.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-site teams and complex client relationships.
- Strong financial skills including managing P&L, budgets, and forecasting.
- A collaborative leadership style focused on coaching, development, and accountability.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- A proactive approach to safety, quality, and compliance.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Hospitality, or similar (highly regarded).
