**About the Role**

We’re on the hunt for an experienced and proactive **Zund Operator** to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in operating our Zund cutter to ensure high-quality production that meets our strict QA benchmarks. This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that thrives on producing excellent work and hitting targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate the Zund cutter to meet production and quality standards.
- Lay up products accurately, ensuring proper alignment and setup.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Manage sign production timelines to ensure projects are completed on time.

**About You**

You’re an experienced operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a team. You take pride in your work, have a strong eye for detail, and are ready to hit the ground running.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Zund or flatbed operator.
- Proficient in routine machine maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Ability to read and interpret shop and architectural drawings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player who meets deadlines with precision and quality.
- Physically capable of manual tasks, such as loading/unloading machines.
- Familiarity with PC-based software.
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
