**About the Role**

As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will play a key role in our Customer Service Team supporting our customers with their enquiries and ensuring that our customers always receive the highest level of service.

**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Handling incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers when required
- Processing orders, payments and maintaining order entry accuracy at all times
- Work closely with other teams to ensure our customers are regularly updated on their orders
- Responding quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, payments, status, complaints and returns
- Logging details of all customer interactions within the CRM system

**About You**
- Previous experience in Customer service or similar role
- Willingness to provide an exceptional customer experience and learn new skills
- Exceptional communication skills, writing and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a small, tight-knit team and can-do attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferable experience in programs such as MYOB, Xero, Exo

This is a full time Monday to Friday role is based in Lytton, QLD.
