**About the Role**:
The Team Manager uses their clinical knowledge and experience to provide the pivotal coordination of client delivery within the Marion Psychosis Community Mental Health team. Duties for the role will include:

- Line management, coordination and leadership of the multi-disciplinary team activities to achieve continuity and quality of client care and outcomes and efficient client flow,
- Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of corporate policies and processes and lead in their area of expertise,
- Ensure mechanisms are in place to support ongoing education where work and learning are integrated,
- Development of team performance and a positive work culture in the interest of client outcomes.

**About you**:

- Registered as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds a current practicing certificate. Must have at least 3 years post qualification experience, OR
- Allied Health qualification (Bachelor or above) from a recognised tertiary institution and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency for relevant professions or eligibility for membership with relevant professional association where appropriate,
- Demonstrated leadership qualities including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills,
- Ability to work collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary team to promote communication processes to enable best client outcomes.
