To lead the team to ensure efficient and effective operation of parts department of this award winning automotive group

The Role:

- Manage the inventory of automotive parts and accessories
- Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability
- Train and manage the existing team Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure parts orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
- Participate in departmental and dealership meeting Report directly to the Fixed Operations Manager
- Train and mentor existing staff

You will need:

- Experience as a Parts Manager in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
