About The Role
As our Territory Manager based in Launceston, you will take charge of managing and growing sales throughout Tasmania.
Reporting to the State Manager of sales based in Clayton, Victoria, your focus will be on building strong customer relationships while driving consistent sales growth, providing parts advice and delivering exceptional customer service.
This Role Will Include The Following
- In-field sales – visiting clients, growing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
- Phone-based interpretation – processing customer orders, providing product support and maintaining great communication.
- Delivery support – supporting the accurate and timely delivery of customer orders.
- Regular regional travel and overnight stays will be required.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Understand our values, our customer service proposition, and our ability to deliver our customers exceptional added value, to educate and inform customers and stakeholders of these benefits.
- Deliver the territory's share of the national sales plan – delivering upon the short- and longer-term objectives.
- Maintain KPI's, focus on continuous improvement to drive sales growth.
- Conduct regular client visits and achieve sales targets across your territory.
- Maintaining accurate records and use APG systems effectively.
- Work alongside internal teams to deliver great service.
- A competitive salary with uncapped commission.

- Holds a current driver's licence.
