Graphic Designer (4 days /.8 FTE)

Celebrating a near 20 years of success, Toorallie is a premium Melbourne label, specialising in Merino Wool fashion.

Toorallie stands for undeniable quality, woven into purposeful pieces, designed with generations of ambition, a practical spirit and a modern attitude.

The brand has recently completed a comprehensive repositioning strategy to take the brand into the future. Our team is growing and we are now seeking a mid-weight Graphic Designer to join the team.

You will collaboratively work with and report directly to the Marketing Manager, to support the team with creating and implementing all design acitivies for our two retail stores and eCommerce sites.

You will have digital design experience and a keen eye for layout and relevant experience in graphic design in eCommerce ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry.

Design responsibilities include:

- Creation of weekly EDMs.
- Develop the seasonal point of sale artwork and store window design - adhering to the brand identity, look and feel.
- Social media content (Instagram, Instagram stories, Facebook, etc).
- Design website assets including updates to our homepage layout, collection banners, pop-ups and landing pages.
- Follow briefs through to finished content.
- Creating seasonal lookbooks.
- Ensuring all projects are executed within schedule and meet strict deadlines.
- Collaborating with the marketing manager to plan out design brief & campaign ideas.
- Taking on projects from research & concepts all the way through to the final outcome.
- Will be highly creative, and efficient and have the ability to work under the pressure of strict deadlines.
- Will have at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within Fashion or lifestyle.
- Understanding and experience with Shopify and or Klayvio is a bonus.
- The ability to take specified direction and constructive feedback.
- Will be collaborative with great communication skills.
- Will have advanced experience with Adobe suite.
- Will have experience in content creation and strategy.
- You have a hunger for growth and initiative.
