Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Multimedia Specialist to lead the design and production of interactive, visually engaging experiences across our mobile app, website, and marketing content. This role combines user-centred UI/UX design with multimedia production, including motion graphics, animations, and digital content creation. You will help shape the end-to-end digital experience by integrating interactive multimedia elements that enhance usability and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce multimedia content for digital platforms including interactive animations, video snippets, motion graphics, and visual storytelling for in-app experiences, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
  • Lead UX/UI design for Coposit's app and website, with a focus on usability, engagement, and visual communication across multiple media formats.
  • Develop & Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, clickable prototypes, and animation mock-ups that follow brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement multimedia assets using modern front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS animations, Lottie, SVG, JavaScript).
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate interactive elements and multimedia effectiveness.
  • Animate or oversee animation of micro-interactions, UI transitions, and onboarding experiences that improve retention and engagement.
  • Produce multimedia assets (e.g., short videos, GIFs, iconography) for internal and external communications.
  • Use tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and related software to create compelling visual and interactive content.
  • Apply service design and interaction design principles to map and optimise multimedia-enhanced user journeys.
  • Contribute to agile design processes by participating in sprint planning, design reviews, and iterative feedback cycles to ensure timely delivery of high-quality multimedia and product design outputs.
  • Mentor junior designers on multimedia techniques and ensure consistency across visual and interactive outputs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX and multimedia design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering multimedia-rich digital products across app and web.
  • Experience in using prototyping tools such as ProtoPie, Principle, etc. to effectively communicate designs with stakeholders and to create interactive web or kiosk applications.
  • Experience in 3D tools such as Spline or Blender to integrate interactive elements and environments into web and local platforms.
  • Experience using animation, video editing, and motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong portfolio of B2C product work, with examples of multimedia integration in digital experiences.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS for web-based multimedia interactions is a plus.
  • Experience in the property or fintech industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in user-centred design methods, visual storytelling, and cross-platform design systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design and multimedia decisions to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile product environments.
