Paid Internship: Fashion Marketing & Creative Assistant

Location: Brisbane (Red Hill-based studio)

Hours: Casual, 1–2 days per week (flexible around uni)

Pay: $25–$30 per hour (depending on experience)

We're looking for a bright and enthusiastic intern to join us at Maiocchi, an independent Australian fashion label known for our bold prints and playful frocks. This is a hands-on, paid internship where you'll gain real industry experience in both marketing and creative.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting with content creation for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Reels)
  • Helping prepare and style for photoshoots (think steaming, prepping, styling)
  • Supporting our email marketing and website updates
  • Getting involved in creative projects (flat lays, behind-the-scenes, lookbooks)
  • General admin and marketing support

What we're looking for:

  • A flair for fashion, colour, and storytelling
  • Confident using Instagram, Canva, and basic editing tools like CapCut
  • Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
  • Bonus if you love being behind the camera or dabbling in styling

You'll work directly with our founder and designer and get to see how an independent fashion brand operates - from idea to finished frock. It's a supportive, creative space where you'll learn heaps, and have the chance to make a real impact.
