Clinical Administration Co-ordinator

The opportunity

Silverchain is actively seeking an experienced Clinical Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to clinical services provided by Operations QLD. You will come from a strong administration background and be able to communicate at a high level with all different areas of the business and its stakeholders. You will enjoy multitasking, have keen attention to detail whilst working to tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Management of clinical administration requirements for all QLD services
- Working closely with and take direction from the nursing teams and Case Co-ordinators
- Management of all administrative process relating to client visits to ensure consistency of service requests with ComCare schedules
- Filing of all documentation received from clients or service partners including uploading to ComCare
- Facilitate the provision of reports to the service partners as required to meet contractual obligations
- Overview of Discharge summary process across all services with ability to provide support and back up as required
- Printing and filing support as required eg Pathology forms, client labels
- Printing and preparing client files
- Problem solve or escalate (according to established standards, policies, processes and guidelines) any issues that may impact the service
- Support Leadership Team & nursing Case Co-ordinators as required
- Ensure standards of trust and confidentiality

About you
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Clinical administrative experience would be beneficial
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Previous data entry experience in complex systems is highly desirable
- Must demonstrate an ability to work in a team but also independently
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic working environment
- Must possess personal integrity and respect for confidential information
