_REPORTS TO _ Business Manager
- Purpose of role_
To co-ordinate and facilitate administrative functions within the organization, whilst providing personal assistance to the Director.
- Main duties and responsibilities_
- To develop excellent professional relationships with the administrative team
- To work respectfully and collaboratively with the Management team
- To co-ordinate the daily functions of the administration team ensuring respectful and productive work practices
- To manage the booking of facilities and assist with meeting the needs of external users as required
- To organize catering as required for internal and external events.
- Ultimately responsible for ensuring rostering is done as required according to company guidelines
- To ensure professional behavior at all times both in person, via phone and in any other communication form with staff and external stakeholders.
- To provide assistance as required with staff training.
- To manage payment of accounts as outlined by the Director
- To review and approve timesheets in an efficient and accurate manner
- To create and send invoices weekly
- To assist the Director as required with administrative tasks
- To co-ordinate any in office events or promotional events
- To assist with external promotional events
**Person Specification**
- **What you will need to succeed**_
- Proven experience in a team / office administrator position
- Experience in NDIS administration position
- Experience with xero - essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving skills in busy fluid workplace
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to fulfill the requirements of a fulltime position
- Ability to work across varying tasks
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Experience in NDIS staff / client management software
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Positive, can do attitude

**WORK ATTENDANCE**
This position is a full time position with start and finish times to be negotiated with The Director.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
