**About the role**

Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Network Delivery Hub Officer will be responsible for liaising with onsite crews and subcontract staff to ensure the delivery of all maintenance, project, traffic management and incident response and clearance requirements.

**What you'll be doing (but not limited to)**
- Monitor the operation of Sydney Roads Parklands Contract using defined procedures and electronic systems for ITS equipment to ensure a smooth, safe and uninterrupted flow of traffic 24 hours a day.
- Monitoring works plan adherence and safety management system compliance by all staff and contractors.
- Detecting and responding to incidents identified by Ventia or the TfNSW Transport Management Centre.
- Observing and initiating remedial action to traffic conditions which may affect motorist safety or disrupt efficient traffic flow.
- Liaising with TMC, Police, Metropolitan Fire Brigade and other emergency services when required to ensure all relevant procedures / protocols are carried out promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with the reporting of traffic, incident and proficiency statistics to fulfil Ventia reporting obligations.

**About You**
- Prior experience in planning/co-ordination or a dispatch based role desirable
- Ability to work on a 24/7 operational roster.
- Experience working in a customer service environment.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite
- A high level of problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive with a can-do attitude and enjoy working in a team but equally able to work alone
