Join our defence capability project team in providing broad commercial, project management and financial support. This is a great opportunity for a team player who is looking to develop their skills and career, with the support of a larger experienced and knowledgeable team.

**Duties will include, but not limited to**:
Maintenance and manipulation of sophisticated cost models including data entry, actual and potential scenario manipulation and the interpretation and presentation of outcomes

Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to source and verify and data, such as invoices and forecasts, to support cost model entry, invoice review and budget development

Maintenance of records and approval documentation for funds being transferred between stakeholders

Analysis of tender and other pricing data to assist value-for-money assessment of procurement and contracting proposals

Your skills & experiences

Experience in a Financial / Commercial Analyst or similar role

Strong modelling capability and the ability to produce strategic insights to solve problems and identify opportunity

Ability to communicate confidently and build rapport among internal and external stakeholders

Be comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment full of complex technical and business challenges

Whilst defence industry experience is preferred, experience gained in financial analyst roles in other project-based industries will also be valued.

Due to the nature of our work, applicants need to be eligible for Australian Defence security clearance.
