As a self-employed agent with Stratton Finance, you will have the opportunity to be your own business owner, whilst leveraging the success of brand, technology, lender panel, support teams, training and development programs, and more - to build a success business of your own

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Prior experience as a Finance Broker or a similar financial services sales position, with a strong market network and/or businesses referrer network
- Hold an ABN, or be willing to obtain an ABN
- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Brokering
- Business Development Mindset - Always looking for opportunities to grow & maintain your business through new referral partnerships & introducers
