***large Community-based NFP OSHC service seeking a passionate Educational Leader.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational and care programs.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement engaging curriculum activities.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the local school community.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Child Safety**:
Looking for an individual that understands, adheres to, and promotes The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards). In your position, you will create a culture, adopt strategies, and take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.

Child safeguarding methods for this position, include, but are not limited to:

- A Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Thorough screening.
- Reference checks.
- A national criminal history check.
