We’re a small, family-owned business with 11 centres around Sydney/Central Coast, and we’re looking for passionate Early Childhood Teachers and Room Leaders to join our newest **Epping centre**

Our Epping service is a cozy, homey 50-place centre in a newly renovated heritage building with unique features. It is ready to open its doors to families and will open from 7am until 6pm, Monday to Friday. All of the Learn and Laugh services aim to provide the best experiences and support for children, families and educators.

**About the Roles**:

- **Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday-Friday**:

- **Location**: Epping Centre
- **Age Group**: 6 weeks - 5 years old

As a Room Leader, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young children while working alongside a supportive and passionate team. Your daily responsibilities will include:

- **Planning and implementing a fun and engaging program** that reflects the **EYLF** (Early Years Learning Framework)
- **Building positive relationships** with children, families, and educators
- **Creating indoor and outdoor learning environments** that encourage exploration, creativity, and play
- **Observing and documenting children's progress**:

- **Supporting children's emotional and physical needs**:

- **Collaborating with a team to deliver the best possible care**

As an Educational Leader, you will have the opportunity to grow your skillsets in, or showcase your skills by:

- **Overseeing the entire planning cycle** and ensuring the program aligns with our high-quality standards
- **Maintaining and sustaining quality** throughout the planning process
- **Mentoring and supporting educators and families** to enhance their practice and professional growth

**About You**:
We’re looking for someone with:

- A **genuine love for working with children**:

- A minimum of **1 year of experience** in early childhood education
- A strong understanding of the **EYLF** and **National Quality Standards**:

- Qualifications:

- **Early Childhood Degree** (for Educational Leader position)
- **Diploma or Cert 3 in Early Childhood** (for Room Leader position)
- **Current First Aid/CPR/Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification** (or willingness to obtain)
- **Working with Children Check** and **Child Protection Training**:

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
