Annual salary of at least $76,515 AUD
- Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily living tasks (e.g. hygiene, mobility, meal preparation)
- Promote independence through skill-building and goal-setting
- Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation
- Facilitate access to social and recreational activities
- Support clients during outings, including transport and planning
- Encourage inclusion in community events and programs
- Advocate for clients’ needs and preferences within service systems
- Liaise with families, healthcare providers, and other support services
- Assist with navigating NDIS plans and service options
- Monitor and report on client progress and wellbeing
- Bridge the gap between individuals with disabilities and broader society
- Foster community awareness and reduce stigma
- Identify service gaps and contribute to program development
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

Pay: $32.00 per hour
