**About the Role**

This role is not just about the administration, it's also about the people. You will enjoy building strong internal and external relationships to ensure informative practices that result in best practice talent attraction outcomes. This is an ideal role for a HR or Psychology Graduate, or perhaps a strong recruitment administrator with future career aspirations. Working in a medium sized People & Culture Team, there are ample career pathways guided by a supportive team who thrive on continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and making everyday fun. **About You**
- 3 years’ experience in Recruitment Administrative role or similar;
- Alternatively a HR/Psychology Graduate with career aspirations in Talent Attraction
- Passionate about people and recruiting the right person for a role
- A strong team player, you will thrive in a team that is connected and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong computer literacy skills, you are savvy with technology and comfortable with learning new systems
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other related discipline highly desirable
- Previous recruitment experience preferred
