**Your new role**

Day to day your role will involve:

- Phone screens
- Interviews
- Reference checking & compliance
- Sourcing talent for active roles
- Writing job adverts
- Building a pipeline of talent
- Implementing innovative sourcing strategies

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Highly motivated and customer-centric
- Passionate about people and helping others
- Engerised by connecting with new people
- Inquisitive and curious, always wanting to know more about people and the world of work
- Confident to establish new relationships
- Strong administration background
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in high pressurised environments
