Position Summary:
As a Front of House Staff member, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Customer Service:

- Greeting and seating customers promptly and courteously.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders.
- Providing recommendations and answering customer inquiries.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Table Management:

- Setting up and clearing tables.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Cash Handling:

- Accurately processing payments and handling cash.
- Teamwork:

- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Availability for at least 5 days per week
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required
