What you’ll be doing
Permanent opportunity for an experienced Office Coordinator to join a leading property developer based in Melbourne’s inner suburbs.
The day to day
- Manage the meeting rooms bookings to ensure all rooms are cleaned and correctly prepared for each meeting.
- Liaising with the team to ensure all guest’s requests are met prior to their arrival, including the printing and organising of all meeting material that is required.
- Act as the face of the client and greet all guests to the office in a friendly and timely matter.
- Offer beverages to guests and seat them in their allocated meeting room.
- Ensuring all phone calls are answered or returned within a timely matter and are directed to the correct team member.
- Coordinating pick up and drop off of all courier items being received or sent by the team.
- Being proactive in organising transfers, deliveries, and additional services for the company.
- Set up and ongoing management of all national offices, including stocktaking and ordering of supplies.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar office coordinator position
- Relevant administrative experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, adaptability to new software packages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem solving & analytical skills
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
