**The Heart of the Role**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Chair side assist our dentists across various dental procedures
- Some reception work when and if required
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience working at a Dental Practice
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service / patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
