We are a family run boutique practice, offering a wide range of dental services including implants, Invisalign and all facets of cosmetic and general dentistry. To complement our dentistry, we also offer facial aesthetic services.
Our qualified and passionate team of three dentists alongside our caring dedicated support staff, strive to deliver exceptional dental care to every patient, every day. We are a small, friendly team offering a supportive environment to assist you in reaching your full potential.
**About the Role**
Our days of operation span Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
We offer ongoing training and development with remuneration based on your skills and experience.
**As you will be our patient’s first point of contact and their last, your role and the service you provide is enormously important**
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Welcoming our patients and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for
- Assisting our patients with their appointments, treatment plans, queries and accounts
- Management of the appointment book including appointment reconfirmations
- Attending to incoming and outgoing communications including referrals and reports
- Submissions of DVA and GDHS payments
- Attending to laboratory requirements
- Ensuring the front office and waiting area is presentable and clean
- Attending to other clerical and patient related tasks as required
**About You**
Successful applicants must have:
- Hold a formal qualification in dental assisting
- Have a minimum of a years’ experience in a front office role P
- Have a sound dental knowledge and understanding of dental procedures
- Have a warm and empathetic approach to patients and be able to build relationships
- Have exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Have the ability to multi-task and show initiative
- Have high standards and attention to detail
- Have a passion and willingness to learn and grow
- Be a team player with an excellent work ethic
