**About the Role**

As a casual Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll play an important role in the smooth running of our Geelong clinic, stepping in during periods of staff annual leave or illness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming patients and managing check-ins with warmth and professionalism
- Managing phone calls and appointment scheduling
- Processing payments using HICAPS and EFTPOS
- Maintaining a calm, organised, and friendly front desk environment

Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role is welcomed but not required as we provide full training and ongoing support.
