**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Studio Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our studios. In collaboration with the Broadcast Ops and Production Manager.

This role is responsible for the management, development and delivery of effective and efficient studio operations & resources utilisation. The primary focus of this position is to promote and maximise efficiencies through structure, processes, procedures and appropriate short, medium and long term planning. You will consult regularly with key stakeholders regarding production requirements.

**Day to day you will**:

- Coordinate the operational management by establishing appropriate goals, objectives, activity/budget targets and by providing overall management of relevant teams to achieve these using agreed resources effectively and efficiently
- Oversee efficient scheduling and allocation of GTV9 Facilities to produce programs
- Ensure effective and efficient systems are in place for the management of all resources including: financial; people; space and technology
- Represent the team at a business unit and organisation wide level
- Provide guidance and advice to supervisors on more complex matters and decisions
- Report to the Broadcast Operations and Production Manager on team and business performance
- Other duties and projects as required

- Highly developed communication, planning, time management and organisational skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain key relationships
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to think and act strategically
- Detailed knowledge of television production processes
- Extensive and broad based experience in television production and operations.
- Knowledge of production procedures, terminology, and equipment operation
- Understanding of resources booking and finance recovery systems
- Knowledge of post-production procedures required to finalise a television program
- Experience in managing a teams
