This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer focused **Retail Manager **to join our ever growing and well-loved family business.

**About the Role**

The primary role of the **Retail Manager **is to lead and manage employees, working alongside the Managing Pharmacist. In addition, you are also responsible for:

- Coordinating staff recruitment
- Coordinating staff training and development activities
- Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
- Assisting with customer service queries
- Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
- Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
- Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
