**About the program**:
Through this program, Coles would like to increase the level of female representation in leadership roles in our stores, and over time, achieve substantive equality for women in leadership roles at Coles.

On successful completion of the program, you will be fully prepared for your appointment as a Store Manager leading one of our supermarkets. In this highly autonomous role, you will have significant P&L accountability together with the chance to stretch your leadership capability as you manage upwards of 100+ employees.

You’ll receive post-program support and the opportunity for further progression throughout the group to continue to fuel your passion for a career in retail.

Leaders of teams with commercial nous, a passion for developing others and the drive to make a real difference to their local community will be a great fit for this one-of-a-kind career opportunity.
