We are on the hunt for a driven, people-focused Regional Sales & Operations Manager to help shape the next chapter of our success story. If you are a natural leader who thrives in retail, loves driving results, and can inspire teams to deliver excellence — we want to hear from you.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership of your region — driving sales, lifting store performance, and leading a talented team of store managers. You will play a hands-on role in executing our company strategy, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building strong, capable teams.

In this role, you will:

· Drive sales growth and profitability across your region.

· Direct merchandising of stock and coordinate in-store promotion of items.

· Deliver top-tier customer service and operational excellence.

· Lead, coach, and develop store managers and their teams.

· Recruit and retain great people while building succession pipelines.

· Ensure store standards, inventory, and financial goals are met.

· Communicate performance insights and action plans clearly and confidently.

· Partner with key stakeholders across the business to support improvement initiatives.

The region currently spans six stores, with exciting potential for growth as new store expansions are planned.

About You:

You are a commercially savvy, energetic leader who loves the buzz of retail. You balance strategy with action and can confidently manage multiple sites while keeping people motivated and engaged.

You will bring:

· Proven retail management experience (multi-site experience preferred)

· Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

· A results-driven mindset and a passion for building high-performing teams.

· Flexibility to travel intrastate and work a rotating weekend roster.
