This is a fantastic newly created role that would see you manage the HR function of the business. This stand-alone opportunity, based in the head office, would see you taking ownership of the HR space and join the business during an exciting period of growth and innovation. You will be involved in the implementation of new systems, policies, and procedures, working within a genuine, down to-Earth and highly successful organisation.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the CFO, this Sydney based
- (Barangaroo) _role is a unique opportunity for a passionate HR Professional to drive HR processes & be involved in the continuous success and growth of the business.
- Liaising and working with Managers to ensure that their people needs and agenda in line with company goals and objectives are achieved.
- Managing all aspects of HR Policies and Employee relations with the support of the HR Advisor.
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- First point of contact to provide efficient and responsive advice to managers around all HR matters.
- Provide advice around Employee Relations matters.
- Manage the implementation of a new HRIS/ Payroll System.
- Manage the payroll of 268 staff.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline with a minimum of five years generalist experience working in a blue collar or customer service environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, natural capabilities to build trusted relationships and the ability to have difficult conversations with stakeholders whilst being compassionate.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently, & proactively.
- Good understanding of employment legislation, Award interpretation and WHS legislation and standards.
