**Qualifications & experience**

Seeking:
Experienced medical secretary looking for long term employment
Confident using technology
Team-work and excellent customer service skills critical
Preferred but not essential - Cardiology experience + experience with Genie medical software + good typing skills
Proven ability within a fast-paced environment managing conflicting priorities and varied workload

**Tasks & responsibilities**

Medical reception duties such as greeting patients, managing telephone enquiries and taking messages for several practitioners in accordance with their individual schedules
Invoicing and receipting payments
Scheduling appointments for consultations and hospital procedures
Pre-consultation patient preparation
Typing letters and reports from Dictaphone dictation
Liaising with hospitals, General Practitioners and Specialists on behalf of Doctors
Banking
General office duties
