Lerida Estate is one of the leading wineries in the Canberra District Wine region. We are located on the magnificent Cullerin Range at Lake George, less than 25mins from Canberra. The Cellar Door Manager will have significant autonomy in overseeing and promoting Cellar Door activity and will be supported by a team of up to 10. Reporting to senior management, the Cellar Door Manager is responsible for:

- Delivering an exceptional experience for all cellar door patrons, including individual and group wine tasting
- Leading the team by example with focus on communication
- Recruiting and managing casual / permanent staff.
- Driving overall DTC strategy in consultation with senior management.
- Managing Wine Club communications including generation and continued growth.
- Managing incoming venue enquiries / booking system and driving repeat visitation.
- Daily reconciliation and stock control.
- Maintaining cleanliness and overall presentation of the cellar door (including coordination with external contractors).
- Interacting with external suppliers (food, cleaning products, drinks, etc.).
- Creating and implementing regular events.
- Cultivating strong relationships with wine club members, wholesale customers and cellar door patrons.
- A highly professional, personable and quick-thinking disposition.
- A “can do” attitude.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Proven experience in people management.
- A genuine love of all things wine.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- The ability to take ownership of the diverse and challenging tasks that present themselves daily.
- The ability to work in a close team environment as well as autonomously.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
