As the Head of Production of this well-known Craft Brewery, you will provide end-to-end management and oversight across production, quality control/assurance, procurement and warehousing. You will provide leadership and supervision to the production and warehouse teams. You will participate in recipe development, innovation, research and development on the brewhouse, cellar and packaging.
- A relevant qualification in an associated discipline
- Strong quality assurance skills and experience
- Experience in performance managing; developing and leading a high performing passionate team
- A positive approach to change
- Several years of production experience across all areas of the brewing process
