**About the role**

This role supports Agile project planning, status reporting, financial budgeting and reporting, risk and issue management, change control and governance processes for the Enterprise Customer Onboarding and Management tech team. Responsibilities extend across all processes such as quality/control, communication, stakeholder management and knowledge harvesting.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Drive financial management of business function, establishing forecasting and actuals management processes, templates and best practices that enable financial insights (i.e. variance, perm/contract/consultant, capability/asset, etc) and ensure plan is met, ensuring compliant and timely time sheeting, cost transfer and invoicing
- Maintain a register of all vendor costs funded from the domain (including forward commitments), case manage important/high profile procurement requests, and support understanding/execution of procurement processes
- Support stakeholder reporting including: strategy, financials (mth, YTD, FY, WOL for the domain and sub-domain), Power BI domain dashboard
- Support tech business function operating rhythm
- Oversight effective issues and risk management
- Work with the Heads of Technology to support them with delivery of the business outcomes for their business sponsors to enable the business to realise return on investment.
- Provide guidance and advice for the workforce plan.
- Adhere and contribute to knowledge management objectives and processes. Ensure knowledge harvesting occurs at all appropriate phase of the project.
- Lead and drive proactive and continuous improvement of the business function

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Critical thinking and problem solving. Ability to synthesise detailed data to provide quantitative and qualitative actionable insights on project and financial outcomes

- Ability to identify constraints, issues, risks.
- Has an eye for detail and makes sure deliverables are at a very high standard.
- Understanding of relevant legislation, governance, regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Strong project experience across multiple business units and complex environments (e.g. structure, processes, infrastructure).
