**What will you be doing?**

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Team Leader, provide an exceptional customer service experience for our diverse customer base of internal and external stakeholders including our members, providers and institutions
- Determine eligibility of a policy, interpretation of policy wording and the Deed (The

- Solutions focused with excellent attention to detail
- Resilient with the ability to work both independently and as part of a global team

- Industry experience in insurance and dealing with Health care Providers is highly regarded

- High level of self-motivation and initiative with an ability to contribute to a highly motivated, emphatic and passionate team
- Excellent rapport-building skills, engaging with members, providers and stakeholders in a professional and respectful manner to obtain information and provide case updates
- High level of organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work items to meet service expectations and guidelines
- Good computer literacy using multiple systems and programs
