About the role
Temporary part time opportunity to deliver advanced Social Work clinical knowledge, skills, experience, and leadership across the multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinical teams to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health in accordance with identified organisational goals and priorities.
About you
- Provide advanced level skills, knowledge, and contemporary clinical practice in the social work management of adult patients in rehabilitation and geriatric services in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
- Provide authoritative Social Work advice regarding service delivery issues, clinical service improvement and maintenance of professional standards to professional and operational leads.
- Lead change through service-wide quality and service improvement activities, partnerships with stakeholders internal and external to Queensland Health, and the development of better practice.
