**About the Role**

_supported_ in their role (extensive induction period, regular internal PD opportunities, budget for external PD, 1:1 support from senior therapists). Those who are looking for

**Employment Type**: Permanent full-time or part-time (flexible hours)

**Location**:Northern, Eastern and Southern We'll match you up with clients near you

**Salary**: $78,000 - $100,000 per year + PD budget + lap top + phone

**Offices**:BNE and VIC

**Requirements**:
**Skills and Experience**
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Flexible and approachable manner
- Confidence working within a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for improving the quality of life for children and/or adults with disability
- Experience in the NDIS/disability will be highly regarded
- National police check, WWCC, and drivers’ license are essential

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experience in any of the following areas: NDIS, Disability, Mental Health will be highly regarded
- Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) qualification will be highly regarded
