Accounts Payable Officer

Working within a friendly team, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of an efficient and customer focused accounts payable service. Initially your main duties will involve administrative and associated tasks including;
- Data entry
- Processing and payment of creditor’s invoices
- Statement reconciliation
- Managing the petty cash service.

- Demonstrated experience in accounts payable utilising computerised accounts payable systems
- Knowledge of accounting concepts and procedures including GST legislation

**Location**

This position is based at the City’s administration building at 9 Coleville Crescent, Spearwood.

**Salary**: Level 3/4 $71,662 to $84,150 per annum (pro-rata) depending on experience.
