As one of the world’s largest investment companies, this firm seeks an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team to cover a maternity leave contract. Reporting to the Head of Talent, the main responsibilities of this role will include:

- Managing the end to end recruitment processes for a dedicated client group across IT operations. This includes posting advertisements, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, making offers and on boarding new starters.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies that support the strategic recruitment initiatives, in order to identify and attract top talent.
- Managing 20-30 permanent and contract roles at any one time.
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders to provide advice, feedback and have the ability consult with hiring managers independently.
- Support the Human Resource business through leading and participating in projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA Specialist to truly partner with a business and drive growth through consulting on resourcing strategies that attract top talent. Alongside managing the end to end recruitment function, you will have scope to identify and implement processes that will increase efficiency, build productivity and strengthen talent sourcing.

To be successful for this role you will offer:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR or an equivalent combination of training and experience, with a strong understanding of HR legislation requirements.
- Extensive experience working in internal and external recruitment roles, within fasted paced, dynamic environments.
- Exposure to finance and IT recruitment would be advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and consult senior leadership on staffing and hiring decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- A proactive, driven and highly motivated individual with a willingness to work outside the scope of their role.
