Carsy Pty Ltd is a dynamic, fast-paced car yard offering **vehicle rentals, sales, mechanical services and smash repairs**. We're currently seeking a **Rental Fleet Coordinator** to manage the daily operations of our rental fleet while also providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in handling customers in a busy workshop and rental environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the **handover and return** of rental vehicles, ensuring condition reports and paperwork are completed thoroughly
- Act as a **primary point of contact** for rental customers and walk-ins
- Provide support across **vehicle rentals and sales**, including upselling, presenting vehicles, and managing customer queries
- Maintain accurate documentation including contracts, condition logs, and customer files
- Ensure all vehicles are clean, serviced, and **display-ready** at all times
- Support general administration and office tasks as required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a **fleet, rental, or dealership environment** (preferred)
- Strong **interpersonal and communication** skills - must be comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face
- Organised and reliable - strong focus on completing documentation accurately
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume environment
- Driver’s license required
