Carsy Pty Ltd is a rapidly expanding automotive business offering vehicle rentals, sales, mechanical servicing, and smash repairs. We are currently seeking an experienced **Workshop Manager** to lead daily operations and coordinate workshop staff and processes.

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organisational skills, technical know-how, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a busy car yard environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee **daily staff attendance**, task allocation and productivity
- Source and manage required **parts, tools, and equipment**:

- Maintain **cleanliness, safety and organisation** of the workshop
- Ensure all **job cards and daily work are completed** efficiently
- Manage existing workshop tools and ensure they are in good condition
- Enforce **WHS standards and safety protocols** across the workshop
- Coordinate the **placement and movement of vehicles** in both workshop and display yard
- Supervise support staff, including cleaners, to ensure smooth daily operations

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience as a **Workshop Manager** or **Automotive Team Leader**:

- Strong mechanical or panel beating knowledge (hands-on experience desirable)
- Leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety procedures, job card systems, and inventory tools
- Current driver’s license

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
