**An exciting opportunity now exists for a Fleet Coordinator to join the “Most Trusted Tyre Brand” in the Tyre industry at our Rocklea Store.**

**About The Role**

As Fleet Coordinator you will provide assistance to the Fleet Service Fitter team through timely and efficient administration support of the sales process. This in turn will help the team to meet their operational targets. You will also assist the Service Manager and the Store Management team to coordinate our mobile service fleet. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be based at our Rocklea store.

On a daily basis you will be required to provide the highest level of customer service and support to all customer categories dealing with the store. This role is responsible for obtaining order numbers and converting work orders into invoices on a daily basis, updating the fleet tyre service docket (FTSD) register, completing consignment deliveries, updating in Marlin accordingly, and preparing weekly timesheets for Service Fitters. Preparing and helping to review weekly and monthly reporting and working with the team in the management of stock are also functions of this role.

**About you**

Key to the role is being able to work with in a team environment and also autonomously. Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet targets and KPIs is highly desirable.

Knowledge of the tyre industry will assist your transition into this career defining role however is not essential. Training will be provided to assist you to succeed in the role.
