**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- As the Group Organisational Development & Diversity Manager, you will enhance organisational capability through the design and implementation of value add organisational development and diversity related strategies and initiatives which foster people development and a values driven culture whilst ensuring these meet Mercy Health’s strategic direction and operational goals

- Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will support the implementation of our new People Strategy with a focus on engagement, culture, leader development, succession planning, WGEA, Wellbeing and D&I.

- With extensive experience and exposure to Human Resources, Organisational Development and Diversity related initiatives and projects, you bring a wealth of knowledge working in a highly matrixed environment.
- A passionate and exceptional people and team leader, you have the technical skills to share with your team and get hands on in a number of initiatives.
- When partnering with the business, you understand the need to adapt your style with your strong communication and collaboration skills.
