Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Group Fitness Trainer to lead fun, safe, and dynamic group fitness classes. No prior experience is necessary—just the right attitude and a passion for health and fitness You'll be responsible for motivating participants of all fitness levels, delivering high-quality workouts, and fostering an inclusive and upbeat atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging group fitness classes to clients of all fitness levels

  • Create a welcoming and supportive environment for all participants

  • Ensure safety and proper form during classes

  • Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, especially during early morning sessions

  • Set up and pack down equipment as required

  • Act as a positive role model for health and fitness in the community

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Group Fitness (required)

  • No previous experience necessary—we value energy and a willingness to learn

  • Comfortable with early morning hours and a flexible schedule

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to motivate and inspire groups of all ages and fitness levels
