**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Located in North Richmond, you will work with the Group Organisational Development Lead, People & Culture Business Partners, managers and employee across all areas of Mercy Health, including Health Services, Aged Care and Home Care.
- You will have impact and contribute to a variety of different projects spanning cultural transformation, leadership development, wellbeing, surveys, recognition programs and more.
- There is flexibility to engage on a full-time or part-time (min 0.8 FTE) basis with access to hybrid working.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You are motivated, values-driven and eager to learn. Ideally, you will have the following experiences, qualifications and approach to work:

- Experience in an Organisational Development role in a complex and multidisciplinary organisation, preferably in Healthcare, Aged Care or Community Care.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications e.g., Organisational Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Development or Human Resources.
- A passion to make a positive impact
- An ability to think big but execute the detail
- Creative and solution-focused
- An ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
