**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for a range of PMO activities including all PMO meetings, reports and stakeholder management.
- Provide support to all Wakulda staff in relation to PMO activities and tools
- Ensure all Wakulda staff provide timely updates that support reporting and PMO tools
- Support Scaled Agile ceremonies and planning.
- Ensure Support Services such as EHS, Quality etc are aligned with program needs.
- Ensure all PMO artifacts and deliverables meet quality requirements
- Proactively innovate and introduce improvement concepts that promote PMO deliverables
- Everyday support to the Program Manager, Program Integration Manager and Program teams

**To be successful you will have**
- Stong values and behaviors that underpin ownership, innovation and a “best for Program” outcomes as a default.
- Demonstrated internal/external stakeholder management skills.
- Experienced in program/project coordination activities
