**About the role and where you will be working**:
The HR Admin serves as primary support for the Human Resources (HR) areas within the People, Learning & Culture business unit. The role will support and handle the daily administration duties and be a focal point for ensuring accuracy of employee records and data integrity. The role will also support and assist to develop and continuously improve initiatives in place to maximise the employee experience including onboarding experiences, recognition, and activities to build teamwork and employee connection to SCC

This position is located in our central office in Rivervale and has the flexibility to work from home two or three days a week.

**We'll also be asking you to**:

- Provide administrative support to the HR teams across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Including compliance administration processes, management of HR systems, HR reports and databases
- Providing excellence in customer service to managers and employees through monitoring and prompt responses to shared mailboxes and facilitating resolution of queries
- Coordinate the administration for remuneration and position related changes including contracts of employment, annual salary review and process to maintain accurate establishment & structures
- Coordinate and undertake auditing of employee files for the purpose of accuracy and correctness against compliance and delegation standards
- Ensure the creation and ongoing management of local working instructions for all internal process and procedures and support the development and accessibility (intranet availability) of relevant self-serve information on administration processes, for employees and managers.
- Provide administration support for the roll out and continuous improvement of the Employee Value proposition/ recognition programs, employee surveys and processes to gauge employee engagement

**About you**:
This person will have 1-3 years experience in a similar role.

**To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

- **
- Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise responsibilities and multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to make connections with employees.
- Computer literate in Microsoft office including excel, word
- Strong attention to detail. Previous experience in data analysis desirable
- Demonstrated ability to use and learning new systems & technology. Previous experience with HRIS desirable
- Understanding of HR legislation and reporting requirements
- desirable.
