This role will see you proactively partnering with the Chief Operating Officer and her leadership team to design workforce solutions that make a real difference to our customers.

You’ll be drawing upon your experience of Human Resources, organisational design and change and your business acumen and relationship skill.

This position is located at our central office in Rivervale and offers a flexible working environment.

**We'll also be asking you to**:

- Coach & advise on workforce strategies that help move the business forward
- Understand the impacts of the changing landscape of Aged Care and how we can rise to meet these challenges.
- Support the business in developing a great culture and Employee Value Proposition.
- Collaborate with the People Learning & Culture team to ensure we understand the challenges faced by operations and provide services that deliver value.
- Use your ability to understand data to drive insights and recommend solutions

It's no secret that working in aged care can be challenging and stressful, but we're a tight knit and supportive team. This goes a long way to ensure that we can manage a fast-paced high volume workload, whilst enjoying some banter and laughs.

**About you**:
Having worked as a HR/OD Lead for several years, you’re ready for a new challenge.

You excel in, and enjoy influencing, consulting, negotiating and building productive working relationships.

**Success in this role, and job satisfaction will be greatly ensured if you have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business.
- Experience in Project and Change Management delivery.
- A sound working knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle.
- Ability to analyse, problem solve & negotiate outcomes.
- Experience and confidence in partnering with Senior leadership teams.
- Detailed & strategic understanding of business operations, challenges & drivers.
