**About the role**
We have an opportunity for a** Manager - Licensing Services** to be part of our Firearms Registry. The Manager, Licensing Services is responsible for the effective management and delivery of the Registry's licence processing and data maintenance functions. The role manages a team with responsibility for the processing of high-volume licensing transactions and related activities.
The Manager, Licensing Services position is a pivotal role within the NSW Police Force's Firearms Registry, dedicated to enhancing community safety through effective management of licensing processes. By promoting continuous improvement practices and fostering a culture of professionalism, the Manager, Licensing Services plays a crucial part in maintaining public safety and trust. The position involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to address emerging issues and provide high-quality service delivery, making it an essential role in supporting the NSW Police Force's mission of creating a safer New South Wales.
