**The Opportunity**:
We're on the lookout for another Talent Partner to join our team.

**Your Impact**:

- Lead high-volume recruitment for frontline roles covering aged care, support and corporate
- Partner with hiring managers and coach them on best practice
- Bring your admin and organisational strengths and your love of a good spreadsheet
- Share ideas, collaborate, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Help shape a fun, professional, and high energy team culture

**What You Bring**:

- 3+ years experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Experience with eRecruitment systems - Turbo Recruit is a bonus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels

- A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
