As the Lusta People and Operations Manager, you will be essential to our team. Your mission is to drive operational excellence across our multi-brand direct-to-consumer channels. Reporting to the Founder/CEO, in your role you will lead, structure and guide the business towards world-class operational practices. This role will ensure seamless operations and outstanding customer experiences through both careful leadership and hands-on support. You will bring your knowledge and experience of best-practice to drive business outcomes.

**What is this role all about?**
- Inventory & Fulfilment Management: Oversee the movement of inventory from supplier to customer, ensuring each team member involved in the process is delivering on best practice regarding customer experience and driving solutions to challenges that may hinder this. This role will also involve management of emerging wholesale accounts.
- Customer Service and Sales Leadership: Work closely with our Customer Experience and Sales Teams to ensure we are fostering a culture of best-in-class customer satisfaction and seamless support.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, improve communication, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. You will be the leader who supports the endeavour for our systems and processes to always serve the business and our customers.
- Team Management and Leadership: Be the core advocate in our business for a consistent, best-in-class experience for both internal stakeholders and the Lusta customers across their entire purchasing journey. Guide and develop a team of experienced and passionate functional leads, upskilling them by leading by example and providing training, resources, and professional growth opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to inform decisions, building, managing, and tracking KPIs to ensure consistent performance and proactively catch downward trends before they become problems, and identify opportunities as they show.

**What do you bring to the role?**
- 4+ years in operations management preferably with eCommerce specific experience.
- A willingness to lead by example and perform day to day tasks alongside staff as per business needs
- A strong track record of cross-functional operational improvement with examples to back it up.
- Extremely organised, efficient, and with strong planning and communication skills.
- Experience managing a team with a focus on helping members thrive.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to connect teams together on a common goal.
- Robust problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in analysing data and processes to drive informed decisions and improvements.
- Customer-centric mindset, dedicated to driving positive customer experiences through best-in-class operations.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify) and a robust understanding of other cloud-based technology platforms and integrations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analytics tools.
